I plan on buying the G51VX-A1. Would it manage to get me fluid frames on Crysis at High/Very High settings? Btw, gameplay is going to be on 1280x1024, then later connect it to my HDTV at 1920x1080, lol.

    It should.
Wait for full game demos from GenTechPC.Once he get's one in his hands he always does some very helpful reviews. Video demos are a bonus to see performance with your own eyes.

Given that the GTX 260M is slightly faster than the 9800M GTX, you'd probably do fine with Crysis at high/very high settings on 1280x1024. For 1920x1080, you may want to tone down the settings a bit.

1920x1080 Not sure about that one. Overclocking the card a little bit and do some testing...
