    And need help.

    I'm considering the A52F and the A52JC.
The most important things for me are:

    1) Reliability
    2) A lap that isn't known for overheating.
    3) The ability to multitask
    4) This is very important - Being able to watch HD movies and vids in 1080p.

The A52JC has an ‎NVIDIA® GeForce® 310M GPU and a stronger CPU than the other one (and 500GB HD VS. 320GB of the other one).

The A52F has an Integrated GMA HD GPU.

Basically, what I'm asking is if the latter is good enough to run HD 1080p vids w/o any problems so that the A52F will be enough for me or do I need the other one?

Thank you for your help :)

I'd got for the first one for a peace of mind. I don't personally trust integrated GPUs with anything more than very basic tasks and I have a feeling that HD video might be a bit too much.

    Tnx Clyde :)

I keep going back to that one too.

On their site, Intel claims that it can handle it well but I don't trust salespeople, lol. I wanted to hear from people that actually have experience with it (customers).

    Tnx.

Have a look on youtube. You should be able to find some videos of integrated-GPU systems attempting to handle HD movies.

when I had a Dell i1564 (15, GMA4500 etc) it SUCKED at HD video, and even fullscreen videos looked like crud.
