After many moons of looking at computers, deliberating over Hypersonic/ Asus/Sony, 15.4"/ 17", Slot Loading/Tray Loading cd Drive, and almost waiting a month to get the Sager n5230 with the nvidia 7800, I have finally found the computer for me. Now, I just need the best deal. I'm a student, and would really like to pay only 2500 for this beast. Are there any solutions for me out there? :asus:

Yeah, I saw that too, a little risky though, but fortunatly, I've never heard of an Asus "Lemon", and it has the 2 year global warranty, so I think it would still be good to buy from them. c9tech.com is offering a 100 usd student discount, and I was all set to go until Paypal decided it would ask me to verify me account, which will take 2-3 days??. Now i'm back to comtemplating my if's

Asus has ZBD (Zero Bright Dot) warranty on the W2.

On our site, you can get a 3% student discount, and spec it a little lower if you have to to fit your budget.
