    Hi,
I have my m50sv on a homemade cooler. I overclocked gpu to 600,475,1450 and cpu to 2.8. i get peak temps of gpu 84 and cpu 61 with these settings. but if i remove the back plate over the cpu/vid, i get peak temps of 67 for the gpu and 49 for the cpu. Thats a reduction of 17 degrees! now I was wondering, what could i use to cover the exposed parts, while keeping it cool? I cannot buy a new back plate to modify, nor can i modify my current one, since the laptop is still under warranty. i remove the back plate only when gaming. any ideas?

Dremel tool? Drill some holes/grooves in the cover, and slap that cover back on, thought about doing that myself.. but I would avoid making holes over the fan itself so you keep air pulling across the GPU/CPU areas..
