Looks like the EEE may be getting dedicated graphics soon, but keep the EEE style & function I like better. Should make it cheaper than the N10 too.

:confused2: The EeePC line just got a little more confusing

Excellent news. I hope they keep the pricing respectable. I know the value/budget and mid-range GeForce 9xxxM GPU variants are relatively cheap for OEM's. We already known ASUS has a board (N10J) that works well with Intel Atom's and discreet GPU's.
*Crosses Fingers*
I really do hope they fix the "having to reboot" to switch between IGP and discreet. There was another article from someone at nVidia stated in regards to users having to log-in and log-out on the new MacBook Pro's to switch modes where-as in Windows you didn't have to... But you have to *reboot* on the ASUS N10J. Weird...
Great news at any rate!
Cheers,

I guess the reboot is the easy (read: lazy) way out of coding things properly so that the graphics remain in a consistent state when the GPUs are switched.
But yeah, this EEE line is a jumble in my head at this point. -

Interesting article. Thanks for posting. I suspect that the eee with dedicated graphics will be significantly more money. I'm very happy with my 900HA at $350. If there was a version of the 900HA with dedicated graphics and it only cost $400 I would be all over it. I don't suspect that it will be in the smaller 900 frame though (no place to put it and cooling would be issue). It will probably be in the larger 904 or 1000 frame...
I have some older games (like COD) on my 900HA and they run very well. I really do very little gaming on it though...
If you have and EEE and wish you had the N10 or vice versa..
