Anyone have problems installing an SSD into their U20A?

I'm trying to install Intel 520 240 GB SSD. After I install Windows 7, it goes fast, and then pauses frequently with 0 reads/writes for about a minute, and then goes fast again, and then pauses, etc.

I have tested the drive with Intel SSD Toolbox and it says there is a read problem, but when I test the drive in my desktop, there are no problems. The Intel Matrix Storage driver and the U20A AHCI driver do not appear to fix the problem. Is there a specific driver or something I'm missing?

If I set the SATA mode to "compatible" in the BIOS, it works well without pauses. Anyone know what's going on?
