    Hi I just got this pop up and wondered if its legit? It popped up as a balloon where you normally see prompts for windows updates?
    It gives you a licence agreement to check and install, it does have the official Intel logo and says Intel R with the circle thing lol.
    Asus ux32... Google search, some places say it usually comes if the manufacturer directed it through intel, some sites say its not needed and only for IT professionals??

    Can someone tell me if its needed and if its at least legitimate from Intel?
