This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Intel Proset and wireless button/LED

    hey guys,

    is there a way to get the wireless lan LED and button working without having to install the Intel Proset wireless app?

    Currently I have it disabled, but I would like to uninstall it all together.

    I know there is an HControl replacement that can remap the wireless button (does anyone know the command to disable wireless from the windows controller?), but what about the wireless LED light?
