    Intel Turbo boost?

    I formatted my laptop awhile ago but I noticed that my Turbo boost isnt really working (I think) I have the windows processor gadget that shows you when it uses turbo boost I noticed It NEVER moves.....so I went to the asus driver download page and tried to install the IntelR Turbo Boost Technology Driver but when I tried to install it an error message popped up telling me that my computer doesnt meet the minimum system requirements? :confused: I need help! cause when I was playing deus ex I noticed it was really laggy im guessing because of the turbo boost not working? help! thanks!!!
