    Good day there!

I would like to enquire more about buying the W3J online as unfortunately, Asus in my country decided that W3J's demand won't be enough for the market here. =(

Thus, if the price works out right, I may simply just buy it online and ship it over. The only thing I am worried about would be the power adaptor, would I be able to use it here in Singapore, looking at how we have rectangular pin/230V wall sockets here. Not particularly worried about the warranty as it's international.

I have a few questions on the procedure though.

    1) How much would the shipping/transportation fee be to ship it to Singapore?
    2) What are the modes of payment?
    3) What is the estimated total cost of the whole package? (Don't worry about in which currency, that's convertable.)

Feel free to post it here or just drop me a PM!

    Thank you once again! ^^
    cheers!

The power adapter can be used anywhere in the world... it's auto sensing and not a problem. The problem is the plug, obviously. You'll need either an adapter plug or just get a cord or even a whole ac adapter from Asus in your country. The plug would be the cheapers, the cord would be next cheapest but best, and the whole ac adapter still wouldn't be that bad.

Shipping a W3 to Singapore from say the US... insured.... through say FedEx would cost you an arm and a leg, but people do it all the time. You're probably looking at close to $300 USD for a decently fast and secure service. The US postal service is at least half of that cost. If you don't want it insured it's even less, but you're really taking your chances if you don't. insurance through the USPS costs nearly 5 times FedEx, so although USPS starts out very cheap for cheap things, if you need to insure an expensive item, it really gets up there, but it's still close to half of FedEx.

The only problem is, fraud coming from your neck of the woods is like 40 to 1.... Every single day we get customers from Singapore or supposedly anyway, wanting to make purchases and maybe once or two a months it turns out to be legitamate and they actually send money. So anyone who accepts anything more than a money order or a bank transfer is honestly out of their mind... So, expect one or the other.

I totally understand what you mean, I don't mind bank orders, is it through direct bank->bank? Or do I have to go through some US system?

Would it be alright if you could PM me with the final price inc of shipping and all. Perhaps we could work something out.

Thank you for the information regarding the plug too!

Most people consider it a wire, your bank sends to another bank. You get a confirmation number and at least payment is secured.

Feel free to email myself or sales. Honestly, they deal with international orders all the time and could probably be quicker about it, but you can email me and I've got all the same information.
