    Hello there,
I have bought a new Asus notebook (K55) recently. It has an ability called "Instant On". It can resume computer from sleep on seconds. It has a program also for this that allows me to set the method of sleep and tells me that how many days it remains on sleep mode.

    Now the question is:
Is it really a good way to keep computer on sleep? Does carrying the computer on sleep mode make any damages on it? If I want not to use computer for some days, is it a good way?

    Thanks.

The largest effect this will have on anything is wear and tear on the battery. Sleeping is a low power saving state; it won't "harm" anything from repeated use - but doing this over shutting the computer down means that your fans and HDD will always be running, producing heat, etc., even if they do spin down.

Personally, I would recommend to just shut the system down if it's not going to be used for several days. If it's a few hours or maybe a day, then sleep is fine, and the instant on is convenient.
