This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Is LiveUpdate working?

    I've just rebuilt my UL30VT from scratch using my own Windows 7 disc as I had one spare from my previous laptop and didn't like the Asus build. I have everything installed, but I'm unsure whether LiveUpdate is doing its job.

    Basically I load LiveUpdate and it shows the name of my PC stating there are no updates for this environment. Is this what I should be seeing, no list of software it checks against or anything like that, just my PC name?
