I'm being told the c90s is a good deal to get, but it seems all the posts are those with people having issues. I probably wouldn't Oc it. But I would want to get it with the 2.4 or 2.6ghz cpu and 160gb 5400 (I heard the 7200 is way too hot) and the DDR3 256mb vid card. Of course with the vista (since thats how you buy it).

Is this stable? I would place my order by Monday.

Most of the c90s probs are resoved. Main issue was ram incompatibiity and thats been taken care of because people know what ram to get. I'm satisified with m c90 and its been running strong for almost 2 motnhs.

Mine is also incredibly stable. Was finally able to get some quality gaming in last night and let me tell you, this baby gets toasty, the fans do more than enough to keep the system cool though.

NO, you told it it was stable. if I could've gotten one from somewhere I've ordered b4 I would've bought it. I like thumbprint scanners. I hate g1 dancing lights.

There's a significant number of problems with c90's particularly the BSOD's. ( especially on the initial batches. the more recent ones seem to be more problem free. ) But you rarely hear problems in normal mode. So if you dont plan to OC, its a good laptop for its price..

All OC modes with my E6700 work fine. perhaps it an E6600 issue, or the earlier E6XXX releases with higher power reqs.

Works fine, except for BF2 and BF2142 not working in OC mode. I remember reading in a tweak guide that BF2 didn't like OCing.
