    I read somewhere that asus is coming out with a 13.3 in widescreen laptop called w6 or something is this true and if so any ideas when?

    Yes it's true. When you ask 'when' you also have to specify 'where'. I'm told it'll hit parts of Europe before too long. As for the US: Who knows. Justin?

    SRD - there's another thread about it......... We're unsure if US arrival will be fall as the W6a model, or sometime in the winter as a new dual-core pentium-m model. Asus doesn't want to bring a new model in after the W2 when it only has a couple months at most before it's "out dated".

    I'm trying to get my hands on some to demo and some to send out to notebookreview and others.... just to gauge popularity. I think it's very close to the specs of something like the Z63a which we're going to have to judge if it's even going to be worth it..... we'll see... but I'm already working on it. Late October would be the earliest it could come in if it's decided that it'll work without competing with the current models too much.
