    Hi Guys

I think my G2S GPU is dead here are some pictures..
I've not even had it for a year, Do you think ASUS UK will make me wait
6 month for it to be sorted?

Have you changed any video drivers or overclocked the gpu recently? If not, then yes, you do need to RMA it. Before you do so, make sure to search around for a 10page+ long thread concerning Asus UK, as they have a reputation for being troublesome at times.

    Hi guys

No I have never over clocked the GPU I've decided against it also no undervolting. and yeah I have had a look at that nice 37 page thread.
monday I will RMA it, I have also spoken to the pepole that I brought the Laptop from and they have told me that If ASUS make me wait longer than 28 days they will sort it out for me.
Looks like I might add to the 37 pages also.

Well, thankfully you have an honest retailer. Good luck and keep this thread or that thread updated. Gives us something to link to for background when people have to RMA.

    Hi gengerald

I will keep every one up dated, shame ASUS has to be so in Europe.

I thought you could get it replaced from where you purchased the laptop or at least get them to deal with the RMA. 28 days is unacceptable in my opinion, if they said they would sort it out if you had waited more than 2 weeks then maybe that wouldn't be so bad.

I am sure some one mentioned something about the responsibility of the seller first in the UK. I have had faulty computer equipment returned direct to the online sellers before even though I had a 1 year warranty on the item in the UK.
