    Is there an Asus model with a 9800 GTS under $1500?

    because the only one i see is the G71 with the blu ray and its like $2000+.... sager has them on all their models but i think Asus might have better reliability and quality

    In all fairness, Sagers make great laptops with about the same reliability and quality as Asus (depends from model to model, of course).

    To answer your question, Asus doesn't not have a 9800M GTS w/ bluray priced at $2000. But for $2399, Asus has the G70Sg-A3 which is currently Asus' most powerful laptop, GPU-wise.

    yes, though, the DVD drive can be easily interchangable with a blu-ray capable model yes?
