i read some review said that inside GTX260M there is a 9400M, is it real?

lol... That's never going to happen. In fact, there is about 7 of them.
Wait... Do you mean hybrid SLI?
EDIT: If this is what you're looking for...???
9400m = 16 Unified SPs
260m GTX = 112 Unified SPs
Your question is also confusing at the same time. -
The GTX 260M is a separate GPU to the 9400M GT. However, if you mean Hybrid SLI, like the higher end MBP's have, then no, they don't have it. The only GPU they have is the GTX 260M, although it wouldn't be bad being able to switch between the two to save battery life and power.

If probably you have an AW m17x, then yes you will have those two GPUs.

Then again, if he/she had an Alienware, then he/she shouldn't really be posting this here.
Edit: I love that avatar Howitzer, what is it? It's so cute! -

Well, that's the only laptop around that has that GPU configuration. 9400M is a MCP79 which is Nvidia's own chipset while the G51 uses a Intel PM45 one.
It's Cheese-Kun, Pizza Hut's Japan Mascot.

Or maybe the AW M15x.
Is there any 9400M in Asus G51VX-A1
