It is a 3.5 and it is dragging the score down.. (4.7 is the next one for gaming graphics). Only thing I could do that might work is change drivers?

Update to the latest drivers. Apart from that, not too much will affect that score. What card do you have?
Besides, that score isn't much of a benchmark. So I wouldn't get too excited about it. -
Update your drivers, run the test while overclocking if it means that much to you.

You can google how to change the score for yourself with a plain text editor.
Like Brian said/wrote, WEI doesn't do very much in the way of numbers. -

Don't bother with it. As long as your games play fine, and Windows Aero is enabled (which, given your score, it is), why does it matter?
