    Issue with X59SR-A1

    I have a X59SR-A1 that refuse to power down.

    Whenever I shut down via the Windows menu or hit the Power button, it just reboot. I have to hold the Power button down for at least 5 seconds in order to turn it off.

    Is this a software or hardware problem? I purchased this laptop a year ago last month, so I think I should have a warranty.
