I have a V1-S. Recently, the touchpad became unusably jumpy. Also, whenever the charger's plugged in a buzz/hiss like sound comes from the laptop. I lost a Z71V to a similar "hiss", and this is the only computer I have right now, as I'm out of state for school. What should I do?!

I think the hiss is from the laptop or something not being grounded properly. I have no idea about ways to fix this though.

As for the trackpad, try reinstalling/updating device drivers.

Are you using a 2 or 3 prong power adapter? A 3 prong should properly ground your notebook and eliminate the buzz/hiss sound if it is a grounding issue.
As aethelbert said, try reinstalling your touchpad drivers for your touchpad issue.
