    I guess I plan on reformatting right off the bat..

    I wanted to get some other peeps opinions on what to do... or what they did...

    Do all the drivers work?

    what you need:

    latest GPU drivers: 100.59
    latest bios drivers: www.asus.com
    go to www.microsoft.com/updates and get everything it says.
    delete all the unnecessary programs that come with the G1.
    defragment/clean the C:

    After that you should be good to go.
