    I just pulled the trigger on a G1S - standard model @ $1776.99 from buy.com.

Bought from buy.com because of the low price.

I was also trying to decide between the G1S and G2S (and the Dell 1720, the DV9500t, C90s, etc) and from reading a lot of posts in this forum, I narrowed the choices down to the G1S and the G2S and ultimately went for the G1S because of the smaller size and and because, IMHO, the G2S is just too damn ugly. This will be my primary gaming machine.

I want to thank everyone who posts in these forums. This is an awesome resource and your posts were extremely useful in helping me make a tough decision.

Just ordered a GS1 from Buy.com too looks like the price went up just slightly. I paid 1,796.99. But still cheaper then many other websites.

ooo man... just saw the price on Buy.com.... it was $1,796.99... and with the $15 off with a new customer sign up it dropped to $1,781.99... cheapest I've seen it... hopefully I didn't get ripped off buying it from them =)

but yeah.. order's placed... hopefully it'll be shipped soon!

i guess everybody has to be there for the feelings of the ones he loves, right?

-> turns to his G1s and happily deletes and overpaints C90-images :D

just kiddin' guys, the C90 is nice :)

I'm happy you agree with that, but can you really sleep at night knowing you have a G1S, why not sell it and buy a C90S *wink wink*?
