The A/C adapter does get warm, and sometimes pretty hot, but that's quite normal.

Thanks alot, One more thing, will the laptop be so hot when not being charged, or is the heat extra from charging?

Im so happy with it though

it depends. I was playing HL2 and it was getting a little warm. My wife played her Sims game ALL DAY yesterday and it was barely warm. I bought a few external usb cooling fans from newegg, so those may be why it's running cooler. But it's definitely an awesome comp.

well, for me the heat is only a concern if it might cause damage to my laptop. If the heating up is just the way it is with modern santa rosa gamer laptops, than that it perfectly fine with me.

btw: mine arrived today at work, but i gotta leave the box untouched until i can call it a day ;-) THATS REAL TORTURE!
