I came here to find an online maual but no luck yet. After eight hrs of research, I purchased an Asus Ux31aBHI5T11. Mayfirst decision was Win 7 or 8; then speed, therefore, an ssd, screen clarity and able to last me a minimum of four yrs. Win8 with a touch screen @1900x1080, 128ssd, 4gbRAM and decent batty life. Friends advised against Win8 but I figured having a Motorola Xoom with touch and a speedy Android sys, I went for Win. Third gen i5 not i7. Finally got it Saturday and it took 2 hrs to get our HP 948 printer to work - a work around for the unsupported drivers by loading with Win7 compatibility (maneuvering about Win8 was a trip!) and got it to print. That learning curve with Win8. Really light and thin (0.70 at hinge), quiet, backlit keyboard and good 5+hour batty life. It's just the fifth day with this and I think it was the best deal out there. Best Buys model was proprietary to them for $1099 plus tax and varied on specs (some i3, hybid
24g ssd plus 500gig hdd and yet some had the lesser resolution lcd screen). Amazon was $1299 but one of there resellers, AppleTech Trader in Ca. was 1062 and there's a hundred dollar rebate if purchased by Jan 31.

So, I know it's a new model but anyone point me in the direction of a users manual. Documentation was the only thing lacking so far -- new days we're supposed to know. I have seen the unit dissected after removing the 10 torx screws on the aluminum alloy back via one of the excellent reviews with thorough pics. Just looking for a manual which might save some time. Thanks, and glad to have joined. Rick

Hopefully you find what you're looking for here: ASUS

You can always contact Asus directly as well and a representative may be able to send you a manual via email.
