Well after about a month or so of looking and shopping around I finally pulled the trigger and got a F3JP from newegg. Paid $1298 USD for it. Not a bad deal in my eyes as they just dropped the price $200. When I get it you guys will be the first to hear about it! Look for a review!!!

I just pulled the trigger 30 minutes ago. Maybe it'll get enough recognition and begin sell-outs like the a8jp...then again, people are more inclined to get the 1-pound-less 14 inch a8jp. Not that I care; lifting any extra weight is part of being a manly man.

Screen resolution doesn't bug me for as long as gradients look smooth enough in photoshop/illustrator. On my mother's gateway (same res as the f3jp), they're perfect.

I keep reading of the issues with ASUS' vista upgrade site, but other than that, I'm not worried about the notable hardware issues.

Kelldore, we're certainly looking forward to the review.

Doing the benchmarks at work as i write this on the F3JP. And squeezing in some quick games of Quake 3 in between the benches with the co-workers...Gonna try and post it tonight after work.
