In less than one week’s time I will be the happy owner of an Asus Z70A. I paid $1038.00 for every thing I need save for the Hard Drive and memory. I have my eye on a Samsung Hard Drive from newegg.com for $80.00 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822152502) but I’m not sure if it’s compatible. Does any one have any suggestions?

    Congrats!

The Hard Drive will fit, I don't see why not. It's a 2.5" notebook drive, and it doesn't state that it's a SATA, so I'm assuming its a PATA which most notebooks are.
