    Where can i view the battery life, there is no icon showing an ac adaptor as the instructions state, i love the W3J by the way!

    Also are omega driver worth it? will they make my laptop run any hotter, or run outta battery life quicker?

    Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced, check the " always show icon on taskbar."

    That might be your problem :)
