The Laptop is new just out of the box and the Right USB is not working. I hope it's not the hardware because I bought it off eBay, but from one of those official sellers. The Laptop is brand new.

    Things I have I tried:

    -Disabled/Enable USB Root Hub
    -Uninstalled/Reinstall USB Root Hub
    -Update Drivers.

How do I fix this? And if I can't fix this is there an alternate to replace the USB Port?

test the audio and mic jacks. do they work ?

the right usb port and audio jacks are on a separate circuit board, connected to the motherboard by one cable.

Yes they both work. The audio jack and the mic jack works fine.

so that rules out the cable.

and you tested the left and right usb ports with the same usb device right ?

do you have a usb flash drive or device that lights up when plugged in? that could determine if there is power going to that usb port.

if it doesn't light up, you might have a bad daughterboard. Should be a simple replacement.

Yeah I tested with my Razer DeathAdder mouse, I tested with my External Hard Drive and flash drive. They all work on the left ports both 2.0/3.0 and they won't work on the right port.

Also do I have a warranty on this? I'm not sure because I bought this Laptop online.

yes, your warranty is good from the manufactured date, if you don't have a receipt.
it will tell you mfgr date on the bottom.

asus already has your laptop info by serial number.
