I have a W3V, and the ?/ key has popped off for the 2nd time while typing. The first time I was able to push it back on somewhat easily, though I don't remember any special reason why it worked. This time I am not having any luck. Is there a special technique? I'm afraid to push down too hard, but is that the way you get it to snap back into place?

    Curious ...

It's sorta scary the first time but just make sure the clips are in the right place then press down firmly. Don't go crazy with it but if you press down firmly you should hear a clicking sound. Make sure you check the plastic clips to see if anything has been broken when it was taken out.
