I own a Asus G50vt-x1 and I just finished reformating. When I click certian keys now, they output something differant than normal. For example " outputs as @. and there are plenty more.
Was there something that I didn't install after reformate? I'm pretty sure that I did. Any help I would greatly apprieceate it.

Also if anybody knows a good place to get a keyboard cover for the Asus G50vt-x1 please respond.

I suspect you overlooked to set the correct country during the Windows installation. Go into Control Panel > Regional Settings and set your default keyboard to be for your country.

Check the keyboard layout under Regional Settings (Input Language), from Control Panel.

Okay I did that then I click "Add" and I added US. However its still not working. Do I have to delete the "United Kingdom" one?

EDIT: Okay that worked you guys. I deleted the "United Kingdom". Thank you for your help.
