Hi! I've got A8Sr under Win XP, and everything is quite ok besides this small annoying problem: when I power-on or change the power supply type, the system sets default LCD brightness levels (maximum for AC and one step down for DC power).
I don't like the usability of P4G software, so please, let me know, if there's another way to make my laptop remember my preferred brightness settings for AC and DC? I believe that users of other series (F3, F8, Z99) have similar issues.

PS. I use RMClock utility in order to manage CPU Clock/Voltage, and this proggy has the embedded control for brightness, but unfortunately it works incorrectly (uhm..), so I've switched this function off completely.

I don't think there's an answer. On my V1J, there doesn't seem to be any way in P4G to set brightness when it's on AC mode. It always instantly goes to max when going from DC->AC.
