    LED issue

    I've replaced the cracked screen with new screen also tested with another new screen but still no back light. Same connector same size display. but when i put the crack display or 14" LED with same connector backlight works fine.. what could be the problem?

    Most likely your new screen is defective then.

    I think the OP said they tried two new screens with the same result.

    @mecaca - I've seen this happen before and am not quite sure what the root cause of it is still. Maybe an EDID issue?
