How much are you expending for that moded notebook ? i believe they're REALLY EXPENSIVE and they are not reliable at all for gaming.

But, if you are a business man or at least pretends to be one and you pretend to impress chicks saying that this notebook is the little gift that lamborghini gaves you when you bought your murcielago so, go ahead xD but don't expect such performance in gaming like the ones @ the G51 Series.

I would take a step back, and look at loads of money you're about to invest in. The VX1 is indeed an old product from 2 years ago, so while the exterior is still as attractive as the newer model, the specification is simply, unfortunately, outdated. The CPU used is the first generation Core 2 Duo mobile, so its going to run hotter, and consume much more power than the current ones. The graphics card used is the 7400M, which is really not up to the performance level of current GPUs. VX1 was also born in an era when ASUS did not put too much effort into cooling design (unlike now), so you're likely going to have a hot, heavy, though attractive laptop.

IMO, I think your money can be better spent on the G51J if you're looking for a performance machine. If you still want the Lamborghini series, I would point you to the VX3.

Since when does Asus put effort into cooling?
