    Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if the asus sells the same laptop in both Australia and US but simply changes the model number.

Particularly can you find the X401a series in Australia? I've looked for the model no. but cant find it so i suspect they change the model number when they sell it in Aus.

I only want to know because I found a Asus parts retailer in Aus namely

Laptops Keyboard - Total solution of Keyboard for Laptop & Notebook, Australia and New Zealand

and want to know if there is a model keyboard in Aus that I could replace the keyboard on the Asus X401a with?

    Thanks everyone

Often times, a model is rebranded for localization to distinguish the region. Although someone here on the forums may know for certain regarding the laptop you have in question, it might be quicker to call Asus support and have them reference it for you. They should know off hand - or at least be able to find out rather quickly for you. :)
