On the proportable website, I see a section for coupon input, anyone know how one might obtain these coupons?

There are no coupons.... this is set up for customer referrals. Once a customers, if you have us set up a referral account, you'll get a "commision" for refered sales.
Thats all it's used for.
Thanks,
Justin

Justin... btw, I just wanted to confirm: On your V6V page, you claim that it has Crystal Shine.. but isn't Crystal Shine a glossy/glare-type screen? I believe the V6V only has Color Shine, right?
It's only a small technicality, but it may be misleading to those who are intersted in the V6V...
EDIT: whoops... looks like I'm wrong. After further research, it appears that the glare-type screen is Color Shine and the high brightness is Crystal Shine. How odd...one would think Crystal Shine is glossy [xx(]

Aurora - darn.. i go to respond to your first question without reading the next part...
But yeah.. you'd think that wouldn't you? You'd atleast think the names would be different enough that people wouldn't pass it by and thing "color shine" and "crystal shine" were the same thing...
But that's Asus' name for the screen.... Technically we have it on our site a little better than asus does:
V6: "crystal shine" (high brightness)
W5: "color shine" (glare type) & "crystal shine" (high brightness"
W3: "color shine" (glare type)
Now...... can I tell a difference in the brightness of the W5 and W3? No... but thats how Asus lists the specs of that screen..... so.. I can't say that if it's "color shine" than it's also "crystal shine" too....... we mention what type of screen it is next to it.... but maybe on the V6 we should put "not a glare type screen" ... I don't know.. but I'm always for something that won't give a customer an reason to call up afterwards and say.... "well I thought this was a glare type screen"....
Thanks,
Justin

I've noticed that the glare type screens in general have higher contrast and especially look great with bright colors (but with dark colors you get the mirror effect). Does "crystal shine" screens offer the same high contrast great picture of the glare type screens, without the shiny effect, or are they simply "brighter" screens?
Thanks

Well.. you're exactly right and it's going to happen on all of them.... thats why when the screen is off you can see yourself.... it's almost like the silvering on the back of a mirror..... just picture black being that silvering....... the the black is really a lack of light and therefore the brightness of the backlight can't overpower it...... at least thats how I figure this is working.. I've looked at my W3 inside, outside, in direct light... indirect light... I know what you're saying, and thats just how it is.... but it's very useable.
Thanks,
Justin
