    Lifeframe problems with N56VZ

    I have a N56VZ with Windows 7 preinstalled the I have bui in june 2012. I have upgraded to windows 8. The program Lifeframe work only with old versione 3.1.5. Any other version, also the new 3.1.13 dont work. You know how solve? Thanks

    The 3.1.13 version should be compatible. Have you tried reinstalling in compatibility mode? Right click on installer -> Properties -> Compatibility (tab) -> Run in compatibility mode for: Windows 7.

    Then install and see what happens.

    I have windows 8 in my notebook. The version 3.1.13 is for windows 7 and windows 8. Don't need compatibility installation mode. With 3.1.5 no problem instead. Same problems of 3.1.13 version for 3.1.8 and 3.1.9 versions.

    I understand all of that. :) I asked/suggested because 3.1.13 is listed as a compatible download for 8, like you said.

    Sometimes updates cause as many or more problems than they fix. :(

    I tried in Windows 7 compatibility mode.but lifeframe version 3.1.13 don't work
