Looked around and haven't seen any threads, I unfortunately nuked my EEEpc by plugging it into a VGA style plug on a hotel TV/Computer trying to get a bigger screen to look at pics-it would seem they rigged voltage thu the plug probably as a anti Theft device, downside, it made my EEEpc go pop.
Looking to see what options are available to do a motherboard swap, as I dont even see the 1000ha MB on the Asus parts site (overpriced I'm sure), but I know that same case was used on a lot of different EEEpc's of that generation..perhaps even on newer models, as it would have been cheaper..
.. thought it might be a useful thought to other owners looking for a slight upgrade as well.

Here's a pic of the case, and the MotherBoard. If you have a EEEpc with the same Generation case, but different Model, let me know (would be slick if there was something newer, might have to extend some cables, etc...
