Hi I had a A8js laptop that I was very happy with it, however the hinges failed horribly on me and litterally shattered over the years. Now I am looking for a new laptop, something similiar to what i had before but with a better build quality.

I have been looking at the lenovo ideapad y460 which has some great specs, however I am not too sure about the build quality of it. Would anyone have any ideas for asus? The warranties and guarantees they provide seem really good now, but I would prefer it if I would never have to use it. So, does Asus have one similiar to the ideapad?

UL80vt is the asus 14 inch that comes to mind. Get a UL30 series for something with good build quality and good graphics.
