I bought an Asus M3N barebones a week ago, The only problem is, I need to put ram in it. The computer has 2 ramslots, an obvious one, and one on the opposite side of the pcb. To put the ram in, the motherboard needs to be removed, to do this, the keyboard needs to be removed also. The keyboard is attached in a very strange way, it slides back.... somehow instead of just popping out like normal. I have never seen such a complicated method of assembly, If anyone has any idea on how I could possibly either get the keyboard out or snake the ram into the slot I would appreciate it. I have been working on computers for several years, I have never before been so stumped. Clients are begining to become very unhappy, If you get the information please either post here or at ICQ#: 321-304-953 or AIM SN: Roaces2 .

The best way is to try and get hold of a user manual, which with a bit of searching you should be able to find, I even think there is a link somewhere in this forum just can't remember where. However, with my M6Ne there are two screws on the the underside middle back that need to be removed first, to allow you to remove the keyboard.
Here is the manual for the M6N which may help a bit ???

Thanks for the tip, but I found the solution elsewhere. http://www.pbase.com/trogman/asus_m3n . Blindingly simple when you actually see it.
