    M50VM Light Sensor Issue

    When I first installed 64-bit vista and all the drivers, the ambient light sensor worked perfectly. Now I cant get it to work. I have used {FN}+A and it just says enabled and disabled but wont work.

    Some of you here will be like "It doesnt matter, dont use it. It sux." Actually, Im working in an environment where the lights are always being turned on and off. I didnt know the laptop had the sensor until I got the computer and used it in a variable light environment.

    Has anyone else had an issue and resolved it?

    Not sure what driver controls that sensor (probably some ATK-related util) but if you're able to identify it, the standard first step to try is to reinstall that driver...
