I'm considering the Asus M50Vm series laptops and would like to know whether there are issues running XP pro 32bit on the M50Vm series laptops.

I need to run XP pro because of the software that I have. I'm not a serious gamer, but will be running scientific and engineering software like Mathematica, Origin, Solidworks, Xara Pro, Illustrator, and ChemDraw.

If you have been running XP pro on another series of Asus laptop without any problems, let me know too!

    Thanks!

    Thanks for the link E.B.E.

I guess most of the drivers for the M50Vm are available and no one seems to be reporting anything negative about running XP Pro on the M50Vm.
