    M50Vm - Where to get the Hybrid TV Tuner?

    Hi guys,
    Just got my ASUS M50Vm recently. I have been searching on the web for the build-in Hybrid TV tuner. Anyone has any idea where can I get this mini PCI-express TV tuner card and which slot to install it?

    One more question, How do I set the Hotkey for the Windows Mail? Everytime I press the hotkey, MS Outlook just pop out and I can't seems to find the setup for it. Any idea ?

    We dont get the TV Tuner because we (or maybe just I) are in the U.S.
    Europe gets the TV tuner option. Its built into the computer (you can see where the antennae goes if you look in the back of the computer).

    Well, I have been doing some search on the internet for spare parts or so call add on module. Indeed there is a few website selling add-ons for the laptops.

    Note: the TVTuner is a mini PCIe slot.

    After trying to open up the back cover of my M50Vm, There seems to be a full mini PCIe slot hidden but the touch pad area. Have to shine in some light to be able to have a clearer look.

    I remembered someone posted a photo which was actully showing a mini PCIe Slot which is half length.

    Also did read that the Intel Turbo Memory 2GB version also come in Half mini PCIe slot size. That half mini PCIe slot is very near to the battery compartment.

    Anyone knows were to get cheap Tv tuner and Intel turbo memory.
