    Can someone post some game benchmarks (preferably Crysis and/or UT3) comparing the M50sv - A1 and B1 models?

    For those too lazy to look, here's the only difference: :p

    A1 = Core 2 T9300 @ 2.5ghz with 6mb L2 cache - DVD writer
    B1 = Core 2 T8100 @ 2.1ghz with 3mb L2 cache - Blu-Ray player

    I like the Blu-Ray player that the B1 provides a lot, but I plan on using this notebook to run the Unreal Tournament 3 editor, so the lower processing power on the B1 concerns me. I really want Blu-Ray but I also don't want to alienate the main reason for me getting a notebook.

    I've been trolling GenTech for prices on both, but the prices are similar enough not to concern me. So it all comes down to the difference between framerates.

    Yeah I saw the M50sv review thread and saw the 3DMark06 comparison, but I was specifically looking for Crysis and/or Unreal 3 fps rates. I dunno maybe I just don't trust 3DMark06, but at least those scores are comparable. Thanks for the post anyway!

    For the M50Sv-A1 with stock drivers, no overclock
    Crysis: 1024x768, everything set at medium settings. Avg fps ~18
