    Hello everyone,
I recently put together an M6bne and when I got the DVD burner I noticed pretty quickly that it does not fit. The drive is a Panasonic UJ-825-B. It is a slim drive so it measures roughly 5 X 5 X .5 inches. It seems that I am missing some kind of tray to put this drive on so that it will fit snuggly into the bay. I would greatly appreciate any info regarding this.

Im pretty sure you guess right, the optical drive does need a tray to fit properly. There have been a few similar posts asking about the tray, unfortunately as far as I know get hold of one of these is quite difficult. Most people have been having to buy a complete drive from asus, remove the casing sell off the asus drive and then use the one they bought.
Sorry for not being much help
