    what can u say in comparison between urs and LG LS50?Have u seen its screen before? their sites in Turkey says;wide view angle 120 degree,
    and 200 nit brightness,it s more bright than any traditional notebook.And UXGA...amazing resolution,can it bring me more picture quality than other notebooks? can u compare it with Sony Xbrite?

    I have seen a few of the LG models, was planning on getting one myself but at the time they only had XGA screens with 9600 gpu's, thus went for the M6Ne.
    They are a v.nice looking laptop very sleak and seem well made, the screen looked pretty good no better or worse than other standard XGA laptop screens. But I haven't seen the UXGA, just note that at that high res you will find text very small. I have an wSXGA screen and that is about as small as I would want on a 15" screen. Graphics/DVDs etc however I expect will look fantastic.
    I can't comment on screens too much as I only have my M6Ne and M2N but nothing else to compare to.
    What are your main uses going to be??? This may help in your descision making.
    The only other big advantage the LG has is the faster CPU which is always a bonus, the extra video RAM may also help a bit on high end games, although most benchmarks I've seen haven't shown to much of a difference betw the 64 and 128Mb cards.

    @Underpantman,

    thanks ur answers...

    my aim is to reach top performance in notebook.I think 2.0 dathon equals with P4 3.2,and more battery than P4.LG nbooks achieve to reach 10 hours battery life,it s amazing.And the screen s 200 nit amount is above average LCD tech.8 brightness levels I checked in a notebook showroom in Turkey.And it s half price of Sony Xbrite and Toshibo Qoismo.And far superior in performance than them.It s an important point.Well,I m going to use that notebook both in my office needs and home-use(dvds,plays).I do not wanna to buy Sony or Toshiba s latests releases,coz the screen has ultrabright but it means that notebook s lcd-life shorten...And maybe I can easily change it in 2006,coz these specs are better in market and come to its level will take process...Until that time I can use in top-per. and going to change in the future with minimum loss of money...(I m getting bored with same notebook)

    The one thing that I didn't like about LG notebooks is the fact that they appear heavy in the specs...
    If they had ultraportables, I'd check them out for sure
