Im actually waiting for the M70VM with Montevina platform... I don't really know specifically what the differences are but im just waiting just to wait :) I'm in no rush.

Hopefully, the prices wont stray too far beyond the current pricing.

Historically, when Asus refreshes their notebook models they don't move the price at all, or else very little, even with platform updates.... they play around with the internal components to keep the price the same.

If they follow history, expect all Montevina refresh models to come in nearly the same, give or take $50-100.

Good to know Clearskies.. Do you when the newer 17inches are coming out?? Im not talking about the g70 or g71. Im more interested in the m70 series. I dont think a brand new design will come anytime soon or does anyone know any different?
