    Hey all,

I have the M70vn laptop with the t9400 and 9650m gt 1gb video card. I ran 3dmark06 at 1280x1024 and I only get about 4300 points which seems low. I don't know if this is a driver issue or vista issue or what. Im using the latest asus driver. If I try a newer nvidia driver, i get artifacts and lockups on the screen. I was thinking of trying Win 7 and different drivers to see if this will help. The unfortunate thing is that the laptop has ddr2 memory and loading GPUZ i see that the bus interface is: PCI-E 2.0 x16@1. Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

    Cheers,
    AMC

Your results don't seem bad. Looking here on Notebookcheck a M70vn with a T9400 only got 4166.

Ya I guess its expected since notebookcheck got similar results; I just wish they were higher. I don't know why Asus would use ddr2 memory. I really like the quality of then notebook, just wish the video card had more power.
