    Hey guys, I have an Asus EEE 701 Laptop (Webcam Model). Everything was working fine until tonight when I turned on my laptop, it loaded up the little colorful Intel screen like usual then went to the black screen with the hyphen on the top-left corner but then it keeps on doing that OVER and OVER and OVER again and it will not let me load the OS at all. What can I do guys? =(

    sound like you mbr got screw up am not sure best way you can fix that do have usb cdrom?

    can boot with windows cd go into recovery conole do fixmbr
    or fixboot
