Hi I do not want glossy screen on the laptop I am going to buy, since I am doing photoediting.

Does any of F2F or V1J come with a matte display?

Nope, ASUS is following the trend(that is, unfortunately, overwhelmingly popular), of glossy glare-type screens.

We can customize the screen there. We still have the option on the z96j. Never even thought it be worth the while to put that option up on the v1 or g1. those screens are awesome. more vivid, more bright then any matte lcd made.

I am mostly looking at the F2F; my dealer say the screen is matte actually, but I am not 100% sure of that information.

Notebookcheck says "With safety features as well as a mirror-free 15 inch screen the F2F and F2J are to convince stationarily in the office and at the fresh air".
    - Mirror-free would be matte I assume?

Asus says 15" XGA or 15" XGA Color Shine LCD
    - The first will be matte I assume, and the latter glossy...

The F2F I have found has this screen: 15" SXGA+ Color Shine, ASUS Splendid Video Intelligence Technology. (from my norwegian webshop www.datakjeden.no for those interested).

Well, the excellent FAQ tells me Color Shine is a glossy screen, so then I have to choose another model than F2F.
