I used to be able to run Oblivion without a hitch on my Z70va at medium settings. However now I'm getting fluorescent flickering in my picture after a few minutes running. The case is all cleaned out. According to Speedfan the CPU is in the 180s, Local is in the 160s and Local 2 is around 169. This is with a cooling pad which doesn't seem to do anything. They don't show any sign of stopping. Does anyone know what these locations correspond to and what are the max limits before you should get worried? The same fluorescent flickering happens with ATI demos.
